Joost STILL don’t care

I got an email from Joost support today – Excellent. Only it wasn’t to address my error problem, oh no …

We hope you’re enjoying your Joost experience.
We’d like to share some good news and celebrate the launch of the new Joost beta – Now For Friends. This means you can now invite as many friends as you want to try out Joost.To access your invites, log onto Joost, go to My Joost and fill in your friends’ details in the Invite Friends widget box.

The words go forth and multiply spring to mind.

How about you reply to my ‘help’ email of two weeks ago ?

Here’s an idea – why not spend some time making sure your product works and less time promoting it. Fix the problems with your system first, that would be my advice. There are a LOT of people in the forum who have the same issue who are also being ignored. My advice to anyone getting an invite to Joost would be to avoid it until it official launches when hopefully they will offer an improved level of support…well, any support.
